Our client is looking for Permanent Software Engineers for Windows CE/embedded Linux driver development, located in Switzerland.
Your main tasks include:
Design & Implementation of Board Support Package (BSP) for Windows CE and / or embedded Linux for the latest generation of ARM processor
Evaluation and implementation of new operating system versions like for example Windows Embedded Compact
Using when creating the system requirements for the latest generation of surveying instruments
Development of embedded applications under embedded Linux or WinCE
Your Profile:
University, college or equivalent degree
Experience with Windows CE or embedded Linux platform development (kernel development / hardware dependent programming / Driver Development) with C or C + +
Very good C / C + + knowledge and experience in object oriented programming
Understanding and know-how for the ARM processor architecture
Knowledge of embedded / real-time operating systems such as embedded Linux or WinCE
Windows CE / Embedded Linux application knowledge is an advantage
Experience with hardware debugger and / or emulators advantage
Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Very ability to work independently
Very good communication skills
