A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a competent Business Analyst to join our client on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role will challenge their established ways of working and ensure their processes focus on providing great customer service. Positive and proactive in your approach, your aim will be to ensure that the Group gets the most out of their IT systems.
Using your skills and expertise, you will be able to analyse and critically evaluate a business process, identify strengths and weaknesses and recommend process improvements that meet business needs. Good problem solving skills are essential in order to effectively design and implement test scenarios and test scripts.
This varied role will contribute to major corporate projects including our Electronic Single Customer Record (ESCR) project and the redesign of their Asset Management and Maintenance services.
