Code Red Associates are a specialist supplier of ICT resource to the private sector, public sector, local authority & social housing sectors. We are currently resourcing for an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst working for a respected & established organisation that is committed to employee development. This role is with the organisation’s Australian division and candidates will already have authorisation to work in Australia.
The purpose of the role is to support the organisations housing management system. You will work as part of a team responsible for the functional support of the Housing System used across the organisation. You will provide 2nd line functional & technical support on all aspects of the systems (both desktop & telephone based), escalate and follow-up issues with the Supplier support team, and undertake daily operational duties.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with established customer service abilities and a can do attitude. It is essential to have a track record of providing 2nd line software support ideally with public sector software. Any experience with Social Housing software (such as Northgate Housing/OHMS, Civica Universal/CTX, Orchard Housing/arcHouse, Capita Academy/OPENHousing, Aareon QL, MIS ActiveH, Kypera Housing or similar) would be highly desirable.
