This position is for a Premiere national healthcare receivables management company in Irving, TX. Principal Responsibilities Able to assess and plan the development of productivity solutions for the revenue cycle processes and FACS platform in conjunction with business owners and IT staff. Responsible for the architecture design (both high level and detailed) and engineering of technology characteristics, objectives, and drivers. Create clear and organized written specifications for all requirements. Manage, document, and communicate change in requirements. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with the appropriate business users. Report status and issues periodically to insure proper executions and escalations. Maintain and prioritize multiple projects with minimal supervision. Resolve and trouble shoot various production issues that arise. Perform other duties as assigned and demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the business. Job Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in related field and minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a related field of IT Business Analyst or IT Project Manager. Experience in revenue cycle management is a plus. Must have strong analytical skills to solve complex and unusual business situations. Broad experience working in SDLC and design of multi-tiered service approaches. Strong architecture design background in infrastructure management. Thorough understanding of multiple development languages including .Net, C# along with solid knowledge of relational database tools, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript Excellent knowledge of security in all aspects of IT including skills in SAS 70, HIPAA, etc. Good knowledge of MS Office tools including creating detailed designs in Visio and Word.
