The purpose of this role is for a Business Analyst focusing specifically (although not exclusively) on Logistics/IT/HR/Retail related projects. This will be a highly demanding job requiring engagement across the entire business from business system users
through to the senior management team and as such to be considered for this position candidates must be able to demonstrate core skills in the areas of Business Analysis, Logistics/IT/HR (Retail) Process, process/change analysis and preferably Navision
system understanding. Attention to detail is key, with end user documentation required for each change implemented. 1st / 2nd Line Support for SAP/BW/OBS systems will additionally be part of the role. Main Responsibilities:* Logistics/IT/HR/Retail
Project Management Support* 1st / 2nd Line Support for SAP/BW/OBS systems* Process Analysis & Design* User Support Documentation* Data Analysis* Liaison with 3rd Party Contractors* Business Troubleshooting* Ensure the scoping of Logistics/IT/HR/Retail
Projects remain on-time and to budget.* Liaise with key department users to ensure operational issues and are driven through to completion.* Assist the Senior Management Team in identifying, evaluating and implementing new Logistics/IT/HR/Retail related
technologies as and when they become available.* Ensure the full benefits of the Navision systems are being realised.* Assess the impact of Group change on the Logistics/IT/HR/Retail business functions and make appropriate recommendations.* Troubleshoot
