Junior Software Engineer (C#, WPF, .Net) – Aberdeen – £25,000

My client is one of the leading providers of enterprise software solutions in their field and support businesses in more than 50 countries. They are going through a period of rapid growth and are looking for a talented and innovative Junior Software Developer skilled in C# and WPF to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen, Scotland.

As a Junior Software Developer you will report to the Software Manager and have a significant impact on developing software packages and solutions. They are looking for someone with hands on experience with technologies such as C#, WPF, .Net and Java. You will ideally have used these skills in an Object Orientated environment and have experience with the full software development life cycle.

This is a full time salaried position based in the Aberdeen HQ and will give the successful candidate as basic salary of £25,000 plus an attractive benefits package.

Key Experience Required:
• Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems or related major or equivalent IT/business experience
• Proven experience of working in teams in the successful delivery of complex, highly performing and high quality software systems
• Minimum 2 years experience in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of software development languages such as C#, WPF, .Net, Java, Visual Studio 2010 and C++
• Strong experience of Object Orientated (OO) design practices
• Be comfortable and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and collaborative design environment
• Have hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise solutions
