Position:� Linux Engineers – 2 openings International forward-looking software�company is growing again and seeking to add 2 important positions to its team.� As a Linux Engineer,�you�will be responsible for administration of�Linux based infrastructure for a SaaS application:�develop, maintain and grow Rackspace cloud infrastructure.� � Responsibilities � Configure and administer linux Servers. Configure Linux file systems and Firewalls. Build and streamline deployment strategies for�Rackspace hybrid cloud environment Work closely with development team to increase automation of builds and deployments. Maintain security of the SaaS infrastructure. LAN/WAN monitoring and improving the overall quality of internal networks � Minimum Requirements � 1 – 2 for Jr. and 3-5 for Mid level of Linux administration Linux file system Linux Firewalls Experience with Rackspace cloud environment is a big plus. Experience with other cloud vendors will suffice.
