Looking for a Business Analyst. Ideal candidate will come from a core Java and/or UI development background and is now in a Business ANalyst role. Must be very familiar with Agile and SCRUM methodology. As a Business Analyst you will be working on the build out of the Collateral Perfection application, creating a single system of record for the perfection of collateral across multiple operations areas/LOB’s supporting all collateral functions required during the life of a loan. Act as the primary liaison between the lines of business and the technology team Perform translation of end-user process, data and report requirements to business requirements to meet end-user requirements Develop detailed business requirements for the new Collateral System of Record Develop use cases, process diagrams, traceability matrices, functional requirements and other business materials common to an information systems project Design system screens and report layouts to meet end-user requirements Assist teams to ensure requirements are translated to test plans, develop test scripts, provide support for user acceptance testing, and test defect resolution Understand business logic behind system processes Provide second level support and problem resolution, including initiation corrective actions Express ideas and convey technical information in written, oral and electronic communication Complete the creation of timely project status reports for immediate manager and upper management Evaluate the effectiveness of new functionality by comparing results with original proposals Develop materials and deliver training Qualifications: Bachelor Degree (MIS, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred) 2+ years of business analysis experience (IIBA Business Analyst Certification desired) Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with all levels of the organization and geographically distributed teams Detail oriented with strong organization skills, presentation skills, problem solving and decision making abilities Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efforts Working knowledge and application of project management methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is required
