Windows Administrator – London – £30,000 – £35,000


My Client is one of the most successful e-gaming Companies in the UK. They are in a dynamic and IT focussed industry and understand the importance of remaining on the cutting edge of available technologies. As a result of this they are looking for a Windows Administrator.


This is an opportunity to join a growing, dynamic Company in the Sports Trading industry. The Company realises the value added by a strong Infrastructure team in their high transaction, fast-paced industry and as such are looking to strengthen the team with this hire in order to support their planned growth over the next 6 months.


Role Requirements:

•Website administration & development (IIS)

•Operating Systems Administration (Windows Server 2008 r2)

•Problem investigation and resolution

•Application/script design, development and optimisation

•Support all internal and third party applications

•Performance tuning

•Security administration (firewalls, network scanning & penetration testing).


Required Skills:

•Windows Server 2008 support (monitoring, diagnostic, tuning) and administration

•Windows Server 2008 DNS

•TCP/IP

•Scripting abilities (VBS/Powershell)

•Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
