Due to our ongoing new business and client retention success we are looking for a highly motivated Implementation Consultant to join Capita Employee Benefits in Sheffield! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team in the heart of Sheffield.

About the role

The Primary purpose of the role is to work as a member of the implementation practice to ensure all aspects of the implementation project are delivered on time and to a high standard within a controlled project environment.

If you have a flair for benefits analysis, and possess good Pensions technical knowledge, then this is an exciting opportunity to join the HartLink Implementation team in Sheffield.

What you will do:

  • Be the benefits lead for high profile clients

  • Overseeing tasks completed by other team members

  • Liaising with Implementation team members, Pension Management, Technical and clients to determine solutions and resolve queries

  • Information gathering and knowledge transfer

  • Understanding pension scheme rules, creating benefit basis, drafting calculation proforma and producing functional assessments for automation of calculations on the administration system

  • Identifying standard and non-standard system processes, producing Administration Guides and creating bespoke work instructions

  • Continually evolving standard letters and cases to ensure compliance and best practice

  • Configuring Operational Setup on the pensions platform for day to day administration

Your experience will include:

  • Understanding of a variety of pension scheme types

  • Banking ,Financial, Insurance systems implementation

  • Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to build good working relationships with clients, team members and business contacts

  • Good communication skills combined with the ability to quickly and accurately establish requirements

  • Excellent analytical skills including the ability to review potential limitations and/or future issues that could affect solutions under consideration

  • Experience of operational and system setup

  • A sound working knowledge of Excel and Word
