We are looking for candidates with the right attitude who want to be successful! If you are willing to learn, we will give you all of the training you need to be extremely successful.

All new hires will enter a structured on boarding training program along with on-the-job coaching that will ensure their success from Day 1 in the business. This training program covers different topics including Business Development, Client and Candidate Management, B2B Sales, Recruitment Processes and the technologies we recruit for. Our hands-on approach to training also includes ‘on-the-job’ coaching, personalised development plans and a dedicated senior mentor.

After successful completion of our training program, you will manage your own network of candidates, clients and work to make those successful job placements. While we will spend significant time on your training, we do not intend to hold you back, and you will have the opportunity to start making money immediately.

The Salary for this position is: £20,000 base salary for Trainee’s and between £23,000 – £30,000 for experienced Recruitment Consultants. Uncapped Commission, Trainee Consultants earn between £50k and £80k in their first year. However, your earning potential is in your own hands. Due to our uncapped earning structure, each year we have Trainee Consultants join us and earn well over £100k in their first year. Our top recruitment consultants in the company are earning over £200,000 per year!

We have had recent trip targets taking our recruitment consultants to London, Madrid, Las Vegas, Ibiza, Monaco, and Miami!
