They currently have an opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic Data Analyst to come and join their team and work alongside some exciting clients.The successful candidate will be working alongside the Sales and Account Management teams to provide insight and analysis to existing client accounts and will be key in providing sales and management information. This along with managing the delivery of client orders makes this a fundamental role within the business.Role & Responsibilities:• You will be responsible for the management of all data going in and out of the business, including client data, to ensure all orders are delivered to the required standard and requested criteria • Work closely with the senior management team and account management to deliver client specific insight and data manipulation programmes• Develop and implement appropriate reports, data extracts and dashboards to drive intelligence and facilitate decision making both internally and with clients.• Undertake client specific projects and deliver solutions within agreed timescales• Manage supplier performance and obligations• Manage database integrity, security and performanceKey Skills & Qualifications:• Previous commercial experience within a data manipulation / database management function or a similar support position is crucial• Knowledge of relational databases and data migrations • Understanding of and desire to work with reporting tools and dashboards• Demonstrable skills in SQL Server development: o SSRS and SSIS:o Merging Access databases into SQL Servero Experience of T-SQL query buildingo Developing store procedures/triggers/agent jobs• Proficient on MS Office Packages (Excel and Access including maintaining Access databases and queries)• A highly organised, analytical problem solver – someone that thrives when given a challenge• Excellent communication skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to work in a vibrant environment with a real opportunity to make an impact on a growing and dynamic business.
