About the Role:
In this new role within the Fundraising Database Support team you will have the rare opportunity to combine your outstanding Business Intelligence (BI) reporting skills with excellent database support skills to meet the needs of our 200+ CRM users at all levels within the Alzheimer’s Society.
Can you turn complex sets of data into meaningful and engaging information that anyone can understand at a glance? Can you diagnose database problems and design robust data solutions for all types of users? Working closely with the Fundraising Database Manager & IT and CRM users you will help establish a BI reporting culture in the organisation. This includes using your excellent reporting and analysis skills to take a leading role in gathering reporting requirements, designing reports and creating a consistent reporting environment to support our BI needs. You will also be a key player in tackling data and process issues by designing solutions for them using all the tools and resources available to the Society.
Educated to degree level or equivalent you will have experience of using SQL and Microsoft SSRS or equivalent reporting technology which you can combine with keen problem-solving abilities. With thorough understanding of CRM best practices and strong negotiating skills you will ideally have experience of working in fundraising environment.
