Desktop Support Engineer / IT Service Desk (Agile Exchange Windows). Charity organisation is seeking a passionate IT Service Desk Engineer to troubleshoot challenging issues, managing the resolution process to devise and implement elegant solutions. Working in a fast-paced, Agile environment, you will take ownership of a range of IT projects as instructed by the Head of Service Delivery.
As a Desktop Support Engineer you will support and maintain desktops and laptops, ensuring that the security and software is up-to-date. You will join a talented, motivated team based in Central London, with the opportunity to have a positive impact on people’s lives, whilst working on interesting technical challenges.
•Experience in a 1st / 2nd Line Support role
•Strong Windows skills, including MS Exchange
•Good understanding of Active Directory
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
