ActionAid UK is on a journey of digital transformation, with a recently relaunched digital strategic priority making digital channels the focus of numerous workstreams across the organisation.
This role in the Digital team will play an essential part in improving the performance of our content across our website, and in particular, helping to optimize our conversion processes and maximize our online income.
Your goals will include: increased website conversion rates; increased user engagement with online activities such as campaigns; increase in web traffic; managing a product testing roadmap; increase in knowledge and understanding of web analytics across the organisation.
You will to ensure PPC and SEO activities are complementary and to ensure seamless journeys across digital channels. Although not primarily a marketing role, you will , with their benefits and drawbacks.
You need to be , as you will be the cheerleader for web analytics in the organization – so you will need to bring colleagues on that journey with you, with patience and understanding.
