One of Nigel Frank’s exclusive clients is in urgent need for an experienced 3rd Line Support engineer to start ASAP within their existing team. The client requires the individual to come in and hit the ground running with all 3rd line tickets that on average require 1-2 days of coding in order to fix and implement. The client is looking for a strong support engineer who is able to code and develop the internal issues ASAP. Team work and communication is essential.
The client are based in Central Leeds, are flexible with their start times but do require this candidate to be based on site 5 days per week.
Key Skills for the 3rd line support engineer;
- SQL Server – 5+ Years
The client is able to conduct a 1 stage telephone interview before agreeing on the right contractor.
