As Web Analyst you will be the ‘go to’ person for web analytics expertise, and play a pivotal role in helping us increase understanding of data and analytics and improve levels of digital literacy across the organisation, through a mix of training, workshops, presentations and seminars with colleagues.
Your key goals will be to increase visits, income and engagement through our digital channels, and you will work with the Digital, Marketing and Data & Insight teams to identify opportunities for improving performance by analyzing trends and customer behaviours.
Important will be the ability to challenge the status quo, drive continuous improvement and deliver ongoing digital change. You will use your experience in optimisation to create and implement a testing programme that will deliver systematic and significant improvement in conversion rates.
This will involve deploying web analytics, SEO tools and techniques and other strategies to increase digital channel traffic as well as developing ideas to improve conversion rates, increase engagement and enhance the user experience.
