The IT Support Analyst role is a crucial role to ensure the business runs smoothly and allows it to achieve its potential.  This is primarily a reactive support and maintenance role but also involves proactively monitoring and looking for improvements to the infrastructure.  There will also be opportunities to become involved in projects as we take the infrastructure forward.

Daily tasks include building and supporting desktop PCs & laptops with our standard image, VoIP telephone support, remote access support and standard application support (Office 2010 primarily) as well as international communications support for video and voice conferencing.

You will be based in our bright and vibrant Head office in EC1 although travel to our Essex office (a converted barn in the Essex countryside) will be required once or twice a fortnight. 

Some remote support will also be required to our global office network including the UK, Europe and the US, and occasionally some travel to our UK and European offices.

Ideally we are looking for someone who has solid commercial experience and this would be their second or third role in the IT industry,  this is not a network engineering or IT manager level role (We already have those people?!)

  • VoIP (AVAYA IP Office ideally)
  • Helpdesk software
  • Remote control software
  • Hard Disk cloning
  • File Management

  • Organised
  • A full driving licence/motorcycle license would be preferred for ease of travel to Essex office but not essential.
