If you’re the Senior Technical Support Engineer we’re looking for you’ll be:

•A strong multi-tasker who can easily prioritise and see things through to completion
•Keen to provide top class service and delight your customers
•Educated to degree level with Microsoft Certifications and a minimum of 5 years’ experience
•Expert knowledge and hands on experience of all of the following is required:
Microsoft Server 2007 & 2012
Exchange Sever 2007, 2010 & 2013
Hyper-V and/or VM ware
Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems, XP to Windows 8
LAN/VPN/Virtualisation Configuration & Security
Office 365 & Hosted Exchange Migration
Experience counts, however most of all you have got to have passion, responsibility and pride in what you do. You will be challenged, pushed and asked to achieve great results. You will only accept the best performance from yourself. You will have an excellent track record in designing, implementing, supporting and troubleshooting network systems, servers, SANs, email systems, firewalls, security, disaster recovery and cloud solutions. You will work on customer sites and remotely, so you will have a superb face-to-face communication skills and telephone manner. You will be the main point of contact with customers for the duration of their project/problem with the ability to manage that relationship and their expectations. You will be commercially aware and ‘street-smart’ in understanding the needs of customers and Landmark in a fast-moving environment.
