3rd Line Support Engineer (Manchester) – £30,000 – £45,000
My client, a leading Microsoft Gold Partner is on the lookout for a talented 3rd line support engineer to join their expanding team in Manchester. You will be responsible for troubleshooting incidents escalated from the service desk, fixing technical issues across multiple servers/platforms and reporting the status of resolutions at regular intervals.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate strong technical, analytical and team-working skills as well as having an eye for detail.
Microsoft Certifation (MCSE or MCITP) in atleast one of the following is essential:
- Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
- Microsoft Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services
- Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013 (Enterprise)
