Application Support Analysts Job Capita, FTSE 100 and Leading Business Process Outsourcer, now have two exciting application support analyst posts available to join their team to operationally support both their legacy and core in-house developed and COTS
applications, ensuring that they maintained and patched. Contractual obligations must be delivered and SLA’s achieved.
Withing the role there is a requirement to participate in a rota to support key Business Applications on a 24×7 funded basis
that is covered out of hours. This will be paid extra on top of the base salary.
*Problem solving (technical and application).
*Data extracts and reporting
*One to one liaison with the customer.
*Implementation of Applications including installation, support and third party liaison
*Delivery of tasks associated with supporting tactical and
business as usual requests, as and when requested.
*System Administration So seeking applicants with the following experience and skills: Experience of all or as many as possibile from list below: *Windows Server Administration skills on Windows
server 2008/ 2012 operating systems.
*Working Knowledge of Oracle Application server Environments (9i and 10g environments)
*Working Knowledge of UNIX Environments
*Working Knowledge of Oracle APEX environments
*Working Knowledge of
Oracle – SOA
*Working Knowledge of Oracle Service Bus
*Working Knowledge of Weblogic
*Working Knowledge of SAP Data Services
*Working Knowledge of IIS
*Working Knowledge of Business Intelligence
*SQL Server and Oracle
*SQL Server reporting services knowledge However most important skills ideally is windows server, oracle application server (9i/10g) and Weblogic as well as overall good application support experience In addition seeking following
