Urgent requirement for 3rd Line support engineers to fill 3 positions with one of the UK’s leading managed service providers in Manchester. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established support team for 3 months initially, providing high quality Incident Management in accordance with ITIL best practice.
– An excellent knowledge of working within an ITIL framework preferably with an ITIL foundation qualification.
– Ideally have a CCNA qualification and therefore a working knowledge of supporting networking and security devices.
– Required to hold a recognised Microsoft certification (MCP, MCTS, MCSA etc) and therefore extensive exposure to supporting users on Microsoft OS and applications.
– Good working knowledge of virtualised environments such as Citrix, VMware and HyperV, desired to hold VCP or CCA certification.
