We are currently seeking three experienced service desk analysts to join a central Bournemouth based organisation initially for a period of twelve months on a fixed term contract basis. The role will be working on a rotating shift pattern and will involve working day and night shifts and will include weekends.
You will be required to provide technical support and respond to service requests to our clients user base over the phone and via email and intranet. You will provide a high level of customer and technical support by taking ownership of incidents, service request and problems. You will be the first point of contact for all technical queries and liaise with 2nd and 3rd line support teams to coordinate service restorations. You will also assist with incident and problem management as required.
We are seeking candidates with experience in a service desk environment, exposure to 2nd or 3rd line support would be advantageous. You will have advanced trouble shooting skills in a Microsoft environment including supporting Windows, MS Office and Software. ITIL qualifications or experience in an ITIL environment is beneficial.
Package will consist of a base salary plus shift allowance, on call allowance, overtime and benefits package.
