We are currently recruiting for a 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer to be based in the Cardiff area working for a National organisation. As part of the 3rd Line Technical response team you will provide 3rd line technical support and also resolve application and hardware alerts. The 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer will be involved in Testing,Configuration and upgrades. Problem Management and continuous service improvement will also be part of this role.
