Their client base is expanding and they seek additional IT Support Analysts (2) to join their Technical Support Team.
Product training will be given but you will need good communication skills, knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and SQL.
Provide technical support via phone, email and remote access to the client base.
Log all incidents
Get involved with new product launches and set ups
Order stock and monitor stock levels
Management and client reporting.
This role will suit either an experienced IT Support Engineer / Analyst or a Graduate level candidate.
