And you’ll make sure it does as you design and develop an effective multi-channel strategy to that end. Looking at the bigger picture, you’ll draw on your technical know-how to lead the creation of cross-functional, user friendly experiences across our web, mobile and app touchpoints. That means analysing customer feedback and balancing it with business requirements to identify areas for improvement. It also means drawing on your well-developed relationship management skills as you communicate these designs internally and externally, through a range of methods. Succeed, and you’ll be realising customer and content requirements and translating our business goals into design solutions that’ll make navigating the channels a piece of cake. With a huge variety of projects to take on, you’ll play a key part in creating a market-leading customer experience.
A technical expert, you’ll have a background in user experience, or information architecture at a senior level, gained either with an agency or in a corporate, E-commerce environment. You’ll certainly have broad knowledge in the analysis of user behaviour, backed up by sound commercial know-how and a real creative Spark. Of course, you’ll be more than familiar with creative tools – from Microsoft Visio, Omnigraffle and Adobe, to HTML and Dreamweaver. But just as important, you’ll have the leadership ability to drive the success of virtual teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business and influencing others to get the best results for both Three and our customers.
