Technical Support Manager; South West England; 3 months; *NEGOTIABLE*
My client, a well known government organisation is looking to recruit a Technical Support Manager for a 3 month contract in South West England. The ideal candidate will be working on a project which provides global hardware break/fix for in excess of 200,000 items. The Technical Support Manager will be working on the Remedy systems development and service support.
Key tasks and deliverables:
•Management and Maintenance of the Remedy System Software in support of the project, including password resets, minor changes and 3rd party licence issues.
•Management and Maintenance of the Business Objects/Info-view reporting software and creation of reports for customers
•Design and maintenance of the associated Website
•Data capture and transition to a new server and streamlining of current system will also be required
