As an IT Service Desk Analyst in our Colchester team you’ll join our growing good news story, support our users and be part of the excitement.
Your busy day will include accurately logging and prioritizing reported incidents to ensure all customers receive the correct level of support they require. You’ll manage each case through the LANDesk system and provide timely and efficient updates to the customer until the case can be closed. There’s also plenty of opportunity to get involved in project work and keep our policies and procedures slick and up to date.
If you’ve recent service desk experience and active directory exposure we’d like to hear from you! Your Microsoft 2007/10 and Windows XP knowledge will be second to none, you’ll be comfortable working with networking principles and mobile phone troubleshooting but more than anything you’ll have bags of energy and a positive “can do” attitude.
